People prone to motion sickness may also experience discomfort when using a VR headset. This might lead to symptoms like drowsiness, increasing the risk of injury during real-world activities.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The auditory content of our virtual reality games is not subtitled and includes important game instructions, so this experience is unfortunately not suited for guests with a hearing impairment. Due to the highly visual nature of virtual reality experiences, it is also not suited for guests with visual impairments.
We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend checking the Fever app for other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Is it safe to experience this if I'm pregnant?
Please note that in some cases during pregnancy you are more prone to dizziness, and all throughout the experience the ground will be a hard surface. Can children do virtual reality alone? The violent content of the Virtual Zone: VR Gaming Point games make them suitable for families with children aged 12 and above. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to participate, even when accompanied by an adult, for safety reasons and size incompatibility with the headset.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Service animals are welcome at our venues. For safety reasons, however, service animals generally cannot be in the VR experience area while participants are wearing headsets. During the VR experience, guests lose vision and awareness of their surroundings, which could create a risk of injury to you, your animal, or other guests.
To make sure you can still enjoy the experience, we offer the following accommodations:
Companion Ticket: If you would like your service animal nearby, we can provide a complimentary ticket for a companion to join you during your session. Ask our team at the venue and we will be happy to assist you with a Companion Ticket.
Is it possible to wear eyeglasses? Yes, people who wear glasses can experience our virtual reality games. Our staff will be on hand to show them how to position the headset correctly.
